Job Details
We’re looking for a hands-on Workday HRIS Analyst to join our Total Rewards & Systems team. This role is all about building, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM to support HR functions including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Relations. You’ll be the go-to person for designing, testing, and implementing system changes, while keeping sensitive HR data secure and ensuring compliance.
What You’ll Do

Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Talent, Compensation, Performance, Security Configuration).

Create and edit business processes, custom reports, and dashboards.

Manage HRIS projects from design to release — including planning, building, testing, and documenting changes.

Troubleshoot issues from end-users, business processes, and integrations.

Support Workday integrations, with preference for VNDLY experience.

Maintain change management documentation for internal and external audit requirements.

Prepare for and execute Workday bi-annual upgrades and annual HR cycles (performance, calibration, compensation review).

Monitor new Workday features and recommend adoption strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills

5+ years Workday configuration experience across multiple HCM modules.

Strong skills in reporting & dashboards; experience with BIRT reports, Report Groups, Composite Reports is a plus.

Knowledge of HR processes and annual cycles.

Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders.

Solid project planning, prioritization, and documentation skills.
Preferred

Workday Pro Certification.

Additional module experience: Recruitment, Payroll, Time Entry, Time Off, Advanced Compensation.
