• Evaluate the organizational impact of process and technology changes across business functions
• Coordinate with project leaders to plan and deliver change enablement strategies and tactics
• Design and implement stakeholder engagement efforts to foster alignment and minimize resistance

You will be a good fit as a Change Management Analyst Manager if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in change enablement, business transformation, or program support
• Familiarity with leading change frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter
• Proven success in building partnerships across diverse teams and business units
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling complexity into clarity
