Client is a forward-thinking technology company committed to excellence in software development. We're seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cloud-based projects.
Role Overview: As an Azure DevOps Engineer at client, you'll play a crucial role in managing deployment infrastructure within the Azure environment. You'll collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure reliable application deployment. Your responsibilities will include designing, monitoring, and fixing cloud resources, as well as providing technical support to development teams.
Responsibilities:

  • Provision and manage infrastructure resources in the cloud using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates or Terraform.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to facilitate seamless and reliable application deployment.
  • Design and monitor cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Azure services and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager).
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
  • Experience with Azure DevTest Labs or Azure Blueprints.
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
