Position Summary

As a Senior Full stack Developer on the IAM Self-Service Portal Team you will be responsible to design, develop, build, and maintain user interface for a web-applications using Java technologies. You will be actively involved in the project lifecycle producing rapid prototypes early in the design phase.

The Senior Security Engineer will be playing a pivotal role in adopting DevSecOps principles within their development approach with emphasis on Behavior Driven Development and Code coverage. The Senior Security Engineer will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions. As the Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development along with maintaining the application database schema.

In this role, The Senior Security Engineer will be required to form strategic partnerships with key internal partners and subject matter authorities to achieve business results.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in software engineering end-to-end delivery including leading team in solutioning, coding, and production support.
  • 5+ years of experience coding in TypeScript & ES10 using React and modern CSS framework.
  • 2+ years of working experience with REST API and JSON.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
  • 2+ years development experience with LDAP and Active directory integration 2+ years of experience using SQL, NoSQL and other databases.
  • 2+ years of working experience on Cloud technologies (such as Azure, AKS, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
  • 2+ years of experience working with oAuth2.0 and other Security essentials

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies (Azure, Google Cloud Platform), engineering frameworks and tools
  • Infrastructure knowledge and expertise (F5, DataPower, Firewalls, Certs)
  • Health insurance industry experience with deep understanding of health care value chain
  • Experience delivering in Agile, SAFE, Kanban, and Lean practices.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps processes

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
