Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect Marketing Analytics with deep experience in marketing analytics, marketing technology applications, and end-to-end marketing data lifecycles. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in data architecture, data pipelines, and analytics solutions, combined with the ability to partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and product managers. Experience in the real estate investment management (REIM) sector is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in data architecture with a focus on marketing analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SnapLogic, dbt, and Python.
  • Deep understanding of marketing data lifecycle and related applications (CRM, marketing automation, AdTech, CDPs, etc.).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and business teams to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) or real estate-related marketing applications.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, multi-touch attribution, marketing performance dashboards, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in marketing data (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
