  • Design and develop server-side components using SFCC's proprietary scripting language (JavaScript/Node.js).
  • Utilize and configure Business Manager for site settings, catalog management, content slots, and promotions.
  • Develop custom services and cartridges for complex business logic and third-party integrations.
  • Manage the development of OCAPI and SCAPI integrations to connect with external systems.

Integration and Architecture

  • Integrate SFCC with various internal and external systems, such as Rootstock ERP, Salesforce CRM, Order Management Systems (OMS), Payment Gateways, and Marketing platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to define technical requirements and system design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and deployment issues.

Quality & Mentorship

  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to performance standards.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, development guidelines, and knowledge sharing.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware).
  • Deep understanding and proven experience with the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
  • Strong proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (SFCC Controllers/Scripts, Business Manager) development.
  • Expert knowledge of web development standards, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on experience with SFCC integration best practices, including OCAPI and/or SCAPI and general REST/SOAP web services.
