Job Details

Role:- IAM SDM 
Location:- Remote

    • Top Must-Haves:
      • Technical experience in Entra ID (Azure) / Active Directory. 
      • SDM experience with strong communication to be able to effectively escalate as needed
      • Communication- Must communicate with stakeholders. Global experience is a plus as they will be working with people in Europe and India

    • Job Description:
      • Identify delivery risks early and escalate with clear, actionable mitigation strategies.
      • Provide concise, executive-ready status reporting (progress, risks, decisions required).
      • Lead incident coordination across engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams.
      • Ensure timely resolution aligned to SLAs and business impact.
      • Manage stakeholder communications throughout the escalation lifecycle and ensure closure actions are completed.
      • Coordinate across stakeholders in US and EU time zones, with delivery and support teams distributed globally, including India.
      • Translate technical updates into clear business outcomes and next steps.
