• Identify and Lead Transformation Optys in the D&A application landscape
• Own and lead end to end Pre-sales solutions
• Provide SWAT responses to the projects in trouble

Responsibilities

• To handle program and ensure the integration and implementation of program element as per agree schedule with quality deliverables.
• Own and lead the pre-sales activities Solutioning, Project Plans, Team levelling, build RFP responses using Powerpoint or MS Word and present to clients.
• Lead the solution and design across multiple Projects/Programs including the overall solution architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, Reporting Architecture
• Work closely with the customer s architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility.
• Provide points of view on customer direction to lead and guide towards the best outcome.
• Understand client technical problems, articulate, and detail the understanding and provide solutions related to AWS Cloud and Big Data Domains.
• Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads and Identify Improvements or suggest transformation Opportunities.
• Design and Architect solutions keeping key architectural principles like scalability, operational completion, and elasticity in mind.
• Be hands-on and be able to understand technical issues and fix as needed. Build client relationships.
• Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Build bill of materials, including required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3 etc.)
• Partner with the account teams, delivery teams, product engineering and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success/ROI.
• Proactively engage & communicate to align expectations of internal and external customers.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving key strategic opportunities with our top customers in partnership with the sales and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and value add pre-sales engagements
• Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives and challenges to be solved.
• Lead in creating and presenting holistic services responses and proposals including services scope, staffing and roadmaps to deliver against customers objectives.
• Lead presales, solutioning and estimations.
• Build POC and Business case preparation etc. for the prospects/customers.
• Develop solution in highly fast paced environment and provide hands on mentorship to other team members.
• Design and build reusable solution frameworks, components, and data migration solutions.
• Head complex ETL requirements and design.
• Implement an ETL based solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements.
• Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.
• Conduct impact assessment and figure out size of effort based on requirements.
• Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements.
• Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL architecture.
• Identify, recommend and implement ETL process, standards and architecture improvements.
• Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables.
• Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture.
• Resolve difficult design and develop issues.
• Identify bugs when developers are not able to do so.

Qualifications/Minimum qualifications

• Engineering Degree or equivalent
• 15+ years of work experience in the Data and Analytics space
• Hands on experience on Multiple ETL/BI tools Talend/SSIS/Abinitio/Informatica.
• Hands on experience on Cloud Technologies like AWS, Databricks, Airflow etc.

Preferred Skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.
• 10-15 years of experience working in a top-tier consulting or consulting within a technology company / product vendor.
• Experience working in senior technical roles such as enterprise architect, solution architect, solution lead.
• Exceptional communication skills - compelling, clear and concise.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies to solve business problems.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions in language and depth relevant to different stakeholders: customers technical teams and as well business and marketing stakeholders.
• Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines to arrive at solution and services proposals and initial responses.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
• Technical degree with advanced degree preferred..

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
