THESE QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ANSWERED IN THE SUBMISSION NOTES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING:

1. How is his/her on-prem physical servers experience.
2. He should be able to Handle and have a well-understanding of racks, stacks, and configuring physical servers, and be ready to host the operating system. He should be well aware of RAID, Firmware upgrades, remote management, and troubleshooting.
3. How is his/her VMware experience.
4. Should be able to handle end-to-end related to VMware , including vCenter upgrades/ESXi Host ,VM s , Design and implement Host upgrades including advanced features, license models, Resource optimization techniques.
5. AD/DNS/DHCP
6. Design , implement all Infra. Troubleshooting , health checks , Cert renewals, File and Print server issues.

Azure VDI and AWS workspaces.

Expertise and Architect in Windows Server Administration, VMWare, Azure Architect and Administration, Citrix and Active Directory.

• Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects, Cloud Virtual Machines landscape and Landing zones.
• Design and architect a global Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations.
• Design and Architect VMWare solutioning and able to handle On-prem to cloud migration projects.
• SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting as mandatory
• Install, Manage, Configure, Decommissioning of all Azure IAAS components including Compute, storage, network, Cloud cost management.
• Experience in installing, Configuring & Trouble shooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, Configuring and Managing Virtual Switches, Data stores
• Collaborate and communicates with architects with internal departments and vendor partners, Client Partners and able to deliver the solution on Cloud\VMWare\Windows Servers.
• Experience in DC Ops, Data rooms and Hardware solutioning with storage skills on Pure & HP MSA.
• Managing VMware (or Hyper V) cluster, HA, FT and DRS, DR using VMWare SRM in the environment
• Performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations, patch management activities
• Automation using Powershell, Ansible, Terraform
• Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades.
• Plan and design Group Policy Objects as requested to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user end-point devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password/identity management systems.
