Senior Technical Program Manager – Quote-to-Cash

About the Role:
Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) to lead delivery of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) technology roadmap within the Business Technology organization. This role owns execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud), billing, finance, and enterprise integrations, enabling scalable revenue and customer operations. You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management and partner closely with Sales, Finance, and engineering leadership to deliver high-impact internal platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the Quote-to-Cash technology roadmap
• Manage complex, cross-functional programs involving Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud), billing, finance, and enterprise integrations
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and engineering leadership to drive scalable revenue and customer operations
• Produce executive-ready documentation and governance artifacts in Confluence
• Coordinate delivery across integrated enterprise systems and API-driven architectures

Requirements:

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or enterprise program delivery
• Proven success delivering large-scale internal systems (Salesforce, billing, finance, or similar platforms)
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and revenue-related workflows
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and revenue lifecycle domains
• Hands-on experience with Jira for roadmaps, epics, dependencies, and delivery tracking
• Experience coordinating delivery across integrated enterprise systems and API-driven architectures
