RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Hybrid IT Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:
* IT Business Analyst will translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
* Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to prioritize and refine user stories in JIRA
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Continuously monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to drive resolution
* As an IT Business Analyst, you will provide support during the testing and deployment phases of software development projects
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, software development methodologies, and restaurant technology

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector
* Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
* Strong understanding of JavaScript and its application in web development projects
* Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Experience working in an Agile software development environment is preferred
* Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry-specific technology solutions is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
