Role: Senior Technician (Messaging NOC)
Location: Dallas, TX/ Kansas City, KS (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Work Schedule and Travel:
- 10-hour shifts.
- Must be available to lead troubleshooting sessions and handle critical outages outside of regular hours.
Must Have Skills:
- Telecom/ Network Operations 4+ years
- Telecom Messaging Network Technologies (SMS, MMS, RCS, VMAS, mStore): 4+ years
- Core Networking Protocols & Diagnostic tools 4+ years
