We are seeking an experienced Global Network Operations Transport NCC Tier III Technician -Denver, CO (On-site) with deep expertise in Multi-Cloud Landing Zone to lead and deliver end-to-end enterprise transformation. You ll be working directly with client stakeholders to guide them through requirements, configuration, integration, and post-go-live support.

Job Title: Global Network Operations Transport NCC Tier III Technician

Location: Denver, CO

Position Description:

The Tier III Technician is the highest technical escalation point within the Transport Network Control Center (NCC). This role involves leading the resolution of the most complex network issues, overseeing large-scale maintenance projects, and contributing to strategic network planning and implementation. Tier III technicians act as subject matter experts and advisors for both internal and external stakeholders.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Expert-Level Troubleshooting:

Lead the resolution of critical and complex network outages and impairments.

Develop and execute advanced troubleshooting methodologies for recurring issues.

Perform forensic analysis of network events to prevent future occurrences.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement network improvements.

Evaluate new technologies and tools for potential integration into the network.

Oversee the deployment and testing of new equipment and systems.

Leadership and Consultation:

Serve as a subject matter expert for Tier I and Tier II teams.

Provide consultation to customers, field teams, and senior management.

Author comprehensive documentation, including technical guides and incident reports.

Network Health and Performance:

Lead efforts to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

Develop and implement proactive measures to minimize service interruptions.

Analyze performance data to recommend long-term enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in telecommunications or network operations.

Extensive knowledge of Layer 1 technologies and network management systems.

Proven expertise in leading technical teams and managing high-pressure scenarios.
