Role: UKG Lead Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Full Time

Skill: Digital : Dell Boomi

Relevant Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience with UKG (Kronos) WFC and Dimensions functional and technical areas like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Mobile App and System configuration in a Retail, Logistics or Manufacturing environment

Technical/Functional Skills

• Migration from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions is a must
• Experience working as hands-on technical lead:
  • Providing technical solutions around WFC / Dimensions ecosystems.
• Experience with SaaS solutions integration, security, network, platform architecture.
• Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting).
• Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc.)
• Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.

Experience Required

• UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)
• WFC (Work Force Central)
• WFD (Work Force Dimensions)
• Migration from WFC to Dimensions
• Integration using Dell Boomi or WebMethods

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Consultant (Defining the solution, leading team of Consultants, Migration, Cutover).

Generic Managerial Skills

• Participating on scrum teams and delivering architecture solutions as part of an Agile project delivery methodology.
