Title: Solution/Integration Architect
100% Remote
Job Description:
Architectural Design & Strategy
Design scalable and robust integration solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain integration architecture artifacts including blueprints, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
Define and implement standards for integration, messaging patterns, APIs, and data flows.
Solution Delivery
Lead end-to-end integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and security guidelines.
Technology Leadership
Evaluate and recommend integration tools, middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Apache Camel, etc.), and API management solutions.
Establish integration best practices and enforce architectural governance.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in system integration and solution architecture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a technical advisor to project managers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Work closely with enterprise architects, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure optimal deployment and performance.
Documentation & Support
Produce comprehensive solution documentation including technical specifications, interface definitions, and deployment guides.
Provide guidance and support to development teams during implementation and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with integration platforms and tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, TIBCO, Apache Camel, Azure Integration Services, or similar.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, messaging protocols (e.g., JMS, AMQP), and microservices architecture.
Experience with API gateways and management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid integration patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Certifications:
TOGAF, ITIL, or similar enterprise architecture certifications.
