Senior Business Analytst

We are looking to add a Sr. Business Analyst with agile product design and development experience to join our client s team. The Business Analyst will conduct and support workshops to identify, refine and confirm requirements and design (wireframe) and build roadmaps and other deliverables. They will be conducting pre-interviews to solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback. This is a 6-12 month remote based opportunity with likely extensions. We need someone that can create wireframe/mockups and be Executive / C suite facing. We're targeting 65/W2 or 75/hr if you're incorporated.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and support client workshops, applying requirements gathering and design-thinking best practices and using modern tools (e.g., digital whiteboards), to identify, develop and confirm requirements.
• Document output of workshop sessions and apply critical thinking to identify key takeaways and priority next steps.
• Create wireframe designs of deliverables, in either native formats or using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, etc.).
• Present draft wireframes to client and engage in rapid prototyping and refinement in stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Facilitate client discussions to review and refine work-in-progress content, identifying top priorities and effectively guiding a path to successful completion.
• Effectively communicate with client subject matter experts (in both technical and business roles) to gather key information necessary for deliverables.
• Maintain effective version control as deliverables are developed and refined.
• Actively participate in daily standups, providing timely and accurate status updates on active work efforts.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and escalate to project leadership for effective mitigation.
• Conduct research on relevant technologies as needed to enable a working understanding of priority focus areas.
• Develop executive quality communication content (e.g., PowerPoint slides) to provide a clear and concise summary of new deliverables, including background context on development approach, value created, and key takeaways.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years experience in Business Analyst Role.
• Extensive exposure to agile (product related experience highly desired). The ability to run in an agile framework-based project a must.
• Experience as a stakeholder proxy or product management a plus.
• Meeting Facilitation identify appropriate participants assist with meeting planning and logistics.
• Experience performing stakeholder interviews.
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate and work in team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint.
