Join our dynamic team as a Sr. IT Project Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge identity governance solutions. This remote opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate with experts and drive impactful changes in IT security.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experts to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of current and future state process flows.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and propose improvements.
  • Assist in developing a roadmap for the adoption of identity governance solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure project standards are met.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in identity management or IT security projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in identity governance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in IGA projects.
