Position Summary

Samsung Ads is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product, Measurement to lead the development and scaling of its core measurement products. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight, product management expertise, focused execution, and leadership skills to drive the success of measurement initiatives across platforms such as CTV, Native TV, DooH, and Mobile.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multiyear vision and product roadmap for core measurement products, ensuring value delivery across Samsung Ads' entire product suite.
  • Lead a focused, agile team within a matrixed organization, effectively balancing priorities to execute the product roadmap.
  • Create a forward-thinking portfolio that integrates both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) measurement solutions.
  • Expand and enhance measurement and attribution products using first-party data for enterprise and mid-market clients globally.
  • Partner on developing third-party measurement products to meet advertisers' KPIs for reach and performance, assess market trends, gather advertiser feedback, and conduct competitive analysis to develop cutting-edge products.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional, distributed teams of Sales, BD, designers and engineers to define and build products. Work with go-to-market teams to iteratively launch solutions, ensuring the product vision and strategy are realized.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, product leads, and owners in order to effectively advocate for your strategy.
  • Communicate strategy and vision effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications
  • At least 8 years in ad tech, with a minimum of 4 years focused on TV advertising data related to measurement and attribution
  • A minimum of 6 years in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in people management
  • Experience working collaboratively with remote, distributed teams
  • Demonstrated expertise and thought leadership in Performance and Reach measurement across media platforms
  • Proven ability to influence and align executive leadership across a diverse enterprise with varying levels of understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguous situations, with strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly independent environment, managing multiple projects, responsibilities, and relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience with experimental A/B testing and predictive modeling for measurement is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work independently


Salary Range Pay Transparency:

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
