Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position will foster teamwork and collaboration in the deliver y of technology governance documents through strong organizatio n, facilitation and analysi s skills . Serves as a technical expert on documentation management system s and tools . Assesses business requirements , implements appropriate specifications (timelines/schedules) , monitor s adherence to deadlines and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation management/update process . Assists in identifying and resolving process issues that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation management/update process . Engages in Technology Governance activities and projects. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.

The base pay for this position is generally between $98,000 and $149,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Responsibilities
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficienc y , effectively communicates analysis output.
- I dentifying Requirements - Determines requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect processes and assists in correcting . Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis .
- Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis and user input. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
- System Support - Provides expert technical support by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as a resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on documentation processing and management .
- Governance Documentation Management - Provides support and guidance in the creation, organization , and maintenance of governance documents, ensuring they are accessible, accurate and compliant with relevant industry standards and organizational policies . Identifies areas for improvement in documentation processes and systems and implement s solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engages and executes Technology Governance activities and projects in furthering the risk management and governance of the technology domain.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support

Preferred skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Collaboration and team work
- Agility
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft tool set
- Trained in the application of Lean Six Sigma strategies
- Relevant certification preferred such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISSP, etc
- Prior experience in developing and maintaining Policies and Standards is preferred
