As a Business Developer, you play a crucial role in expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities within the engineering sector. You build relationships with existing and new clients and develop strategic collaborations.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within B2B services.
Education
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in a commercial, technical, or economic field.
Communication
  • You translate strategies into concrete proposals and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. A mistake in a clause or a misunderstanding in a pitch can cause damage, so your language requirements are:
  • Persuasive in both verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; German and French are a plus.
  • Knowledge of business jargon and cultural nuances, essential for negotiations with international partners.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through active networking and gaining trust.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to successful contract negotiations.
  • Propose tailor-made service solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer inquiries into concrete projects.
Contracts & Rate Negotiations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure win-win collaborations.
  • Coordinate closely with management to optimize margin and growth strategies.
Networking & Events
  • Represent Zealogics Europe at conferences and networking events, highlighting our expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase our visibility and brand awareness.
