Job Description:

• Direct supervision of senior application developers and test automation engineers for iOS, tvOS, Android, and web-based platforms.
• Mentor the junior developers
• Maintain positive employee and peer relationships and nurture professional growth.
• Ensure communication with other teams as well as to/from senior management and team members
• Remain current in the understanding of front-end application technologies and DevOps methodologies
• Communicate early and often, building a culture of trust and collaboration between engineers and teams across multiple offices, organizations, and timezone
• Facilitate in building the group s technical strategy and roadmap creating success metrics and prioritizing the team s work in close collaboration with other engineering teams and product managers in multiple organizations.
• Partner closely with product and business teams and service provider teams to align roadmaps and design incentives for shared success.
