Job Requirements:

• Leadership Experience:
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team (you will be managing 3 people).
  • Experience in mentoring and providing direction in a BSA or team lead capacity.
• Core BSA Skills:
  • Strong ability to connect business requirements with underlying processes and systems.
  • Experience working in traceability initiatives: tracking work back to sources and defining next steps.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive mindset in identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Skilled in asking insightful, business-focused questions to extract complete and accurate requirements.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Strong storytelling ability must be able to communicate complex business and technical concepts to C-suite executives in clear, concise language ("exec speak").
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to represent the team's work effectively to leadership.
• Collaboration & Culture Fit:
  • Comfortable working on the floor with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Must be culturally aligned to "do what it takes" to meet deadlines, including working occasional extended hours.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
• Technical Tools & Methodologies:
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is required.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools Tableau experience preferred.
• Industry & Regulatory Exposure:
  • Experience working in regulated environments is required (e.g., understanding secure communications and audit protocols).
  • Understanding of audit processes and compliance workflows; no need to write compliance programs, but must understand regulatory boundaries.
  • Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
