Title: Strategic Initiatives Consultant
Location: Vienna, VA (Remote)
Duration: 2 Year Contract
Compensation: $60-80/HR W2
Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Extensive experience in executive Leadership briefs both oral and written
• Excellent critical trend analysis
• Attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Extensive data analytics skills
• Experience with IT and Operations

Deliverables:

• Provide support for initiative oversight
• Act as POC for strategic initiatives: facilitate/coordinate, track action items, risks, issues, completion dates for System Support
• Perform Capacity & Utilization analysis for project & operations work ~ 200 people
• Conduct project execution analysis on scope, ROI work starts, and completion ~20-30 projects
• Provide resource analysis
• Analyze utilization by system criticality and call out trends
• Analyze single resource dependencies across our ~250 systems
• Define and implement KPI's for resource Utilization
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs in ServiceNow and Tableau
• Provide operational governance functions
• Monitor corporate, division and branch policy adherence within System Support (SST)
• Oversee resource hours requests throughout the department and work across various teams to ensure resource allocations and budgeting needs.
• Create and deliver Standard Operating Procedure Trainings
