Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in academic healthcare with proven project management skills, including vendor management and quality improvement leadership.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams and adapt to shifting priorities in complex environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Project Server or other PPM tools.
- Familiarity with technical architecture (applications, servers, databases, networks) and Continuous Quality Improvement methodologies.
