Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Marketing Business Analyst, who will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with website requirements and testing is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost reductions, and revenue enhancements.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis
