Job Details

Sentinel is actively seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Help Desk Lead to oversee the daily operations of the helpdesk for one of our valued clients. In this role, you will ensure the timely and effective resolution of IT issues while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a contract to hire role reporting to our client location in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with helpdesk software and tools, such as ConnectWise PSA.
  • Experience with supporting M365, Entra, and SaaS environments.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
