About the Role

We re looking for a Certified ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with over 9 years of IT experience, including 7 years working hands-on with the ServiceNow platform. If you re passionate about building scalable solutions, optimizing service delivery, and staying ahead of platform upgrades, we want to hear from you.


Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow experience across versions from Helsinki to Xanadu
  • Certified in Asset Model Management, Agile 2.0, ATF, CMDB Configuration
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, with additional skills in HTML, CSS, SQL, Java, C/C++
  • Deep understanding of ITIL V3 and ServiceNow ITIL processes

Core Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow applications using ITSM best practices
  • Lead medium-to-large scale ServiceNow deployments
  • Design ITSM architecture and build CMDB health dashboards
  • Manage modules including Change, Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting, Discovery, and Integrations
  • Ensure alignment of service delivery with technical components and mitigate risks

Additional Experience

  • SFDC configuration: Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts, Approval Processes
  • CRM processes: Forecasting, Campaigns, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Case Management
  • Data integration/migration: Using data loaders and external APIs
  • Proven ability to mentor team members and manage full project lifecycle

Market Research & Strategy

  • Evaluate new ServiceNow releases for cost-effective design solutions
  • Analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance existing solutions or develop new products
  • Stay active in the ServiceNow community and contribute to discussions
