Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications that support business process automation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega PRPC, case management, and integration, with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Pega PRPC.

  • Build and customize Pega workflows, case types, UI, decision rules, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Implement best practices in Pega Guardrails and application performance.

  • Develop reusable components and frameworks within Pega.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

  • Support application deployments and post-production issues.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP, JMS, or other APIs.

  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (8.x preferred).

  • Proficiency in Case Management, UI Rules, Flow Rules, and Data Pages.

  • Experience with Pega Decisioning, BPM, and Rules Engine.

  • Knowledge of Pega Integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors).

  • Understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization.

  • Experience with SQL, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega CSSA / CSA Certification.

  • Experience with Pega Deployment Manager and DevOps.

  • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript.

  • Experience in domains such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom.
