Work you'll do :
  • Collect data through means such as analyzing process results, transfer data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis and create new frameworks to collect data.
  • Build tools to automate data collection, searching through large data sets for usable information to create reports and presentations for organizational usesand correlating similar data to find actionable results.
  • Develops frameworks and processes to analyze unstructured information collected through social media platforms, distributes best practices to analytics and product teams, and provides consultations for their data-based experimentations.
  • Performs large-scale experimentation to identify hidden relationships between variables in large datasets and researches and implements cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence.
  • Visualize information and develop engaging reports on the results of data analysis using data visualization tools
  • Proactively mine data to identify trends and patterns and generates insights for business units and senior leadership

Required Skills :
  • MA/MS degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 10+ years of experience utilizing Data Science principles to assist customers with novel metrics and analysis to support business, engineering, and logical decisions.
  • Strong understanding of how to assesses the enterprise architecture data to translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to support executive decisions and workflows
  • Experience advising product teams on new products, features or updates through data-based recommendations

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,658 to $ 179,431.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
