Job Details

We are seeking a senior GenAI / AI Transformation Architect with deep expertise in data delivery and enterprise architecture to lead large-scale AI and GenAI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data platforms, architecture leadership, and 3 4 years of hands-on experience driving AI/GenAI-led transformations across enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive AI and GenAI transformation initiatives across multiple enterprise programs.
  • Act as an enterprise/solution architect, defining AI-enabled architectures aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement GenAI use cases, including LLM-based solutions, copilots, automation, and intelligent analytics.
  • Partner with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Define AI transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Oversee data modernization efforts to enable AI/GenAI adoption (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, MLOps).
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across architecture, security, compliance, and scalability.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenAI, etc.).
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers; influence executive stakeholders.


Required Qualifications

  • 15 20 years of experience in data delivery, data platforms, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience playing Architect roles (Enterprise / Solution / Data Architect).
  • 3 4 years of hands-on experience delivering AI / GenAI transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI pipelines.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and modern data ecosystems.
  • Experience leading cross-program and enterprise-wide transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
