Job Summary:

This Program Support Manager shall take an active role in the transformation of the Clients Desktop Computing Environment and program management.

  • Directory and Server Engineering
  • Filed communications
  • Change Management
  • Supplier must provide software and system operations engineering skills
  • Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management.
  • Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.
  • Provide team with data analysis for provisioning orders in bulk to multiple network service providers using Excel and MS Access; some billing reconciliation issues.
  • Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
  • Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
  • Leads teams and provides day-to-day direction for projects.
  • Familiarity with the design, installation, and configuration services with regard to Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards in order to design the most comprehensive framework to address all security, data integrity and privacy concerns..

Required Experience Level:
  • Ability to drive projects and provide day-to-day direction to team members.
  • Demonstrated strong project/program management skills on a network infrastructure team.
  • Familiarity of Agile methods.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile Certifications
  • Experience using Excel and MS Access
  • ITIL Foundations certification

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years' experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
