Product Owner

What We re Looking For:
Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Define the vision for the product and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the development process.
Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the overall vision and strategy.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on changing business priorities and stakeholder feedback.
Oversee all stages of product development, including design, implementation, and release.
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage, ensuring quality and business alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver regular updates and progress reports.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience working in the banking or financial services domain is preferred.
