  • Act as a subject matter expert for IAM architecture and operations, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
  • Lead the design, integration, and deployment of end-to-end IAM solutions across the enterprise.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt and Azure IAM tools.
  • Proven ability to design and implement enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations including P1 incident response.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, NIST).
