Skills:
Technical degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting software applications utilized in a contact center environment.
Experience in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment
Experience in C#.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in start-up environments in a rapidgrowth environment.
Possess intermediate proficiency in writing and maintaining SQL (any flavor) queries, stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions.
Must be comfortable supporting applications and services and understand the basic architecture of cloud-based solutions.
