Position: Denodo Lead Engineer

Location: Houston, TX Onsite

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Candidate needs to be Senior Lead/Tech Lead with mandatory hands-on

  • Manage connections to data source wrappers and base views Understand pushdown mechanism and create pushdown process for different scenarios.
  • Design denodo framework for the development and deployment. Combine and integrate data joins union and group by operations Expose business entities and report views to consumer applications
  • Must have experience on Denodo Virtualization principles Connecting to Data Sources Views in virtual Data Port combining data sets Catalog and Metadata management
  • Working experience on structuring and creating Metadata and catalog for data services
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders, requirements review and estimates
  • Install and configure Denodo 8.x servers environment
  • Install, configure and schedule routine jobs via Denodo Scheduler
  • Integrate VDP servers with Microsoft AD, Import AD users and groups
  • Design, Development and Testing denodo views.
  • Create and maintain data sources (MS Data Bricks/Oracle/SQL/Hadoop/SAP BW/Salesforce/etc.)
  • Apply caches, Manage cache databases and optimize performance
  • 5+ Install, configure and administer Denodo 8.x servers in cloud environments
  • 5+ Install, configure and administer Denodo Scheduler and Data Catalog applications
  • Must have knowledge on API Endpoint configuration

Preferred:

  • Denodo Platform 8.0 Admin, developer and Architect certification is a plus
  • Financial and CRM Domain Knowledge
