Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the Engineering industry located in the Muskegon area. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and designing business systems within the organization, using a variety of technical skills and software applications.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed business systems to identify potential modifications and improvements
Utilize Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Oracle EBS, and other software platforms to manage and track project progress
Design and implement database systems for improved business operations
Conduct A/B testing to optimize business systems and processes
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects and enhance team performance
Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to capture business system requirements
Utilize Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle EBS Modules for financial management and business operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
Monitor and resolve EO/IR system issues to ensure smooth business operations
Create and maintain diagrams to represent business processes and system designs.
Requirements
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Comprehensive understanding of business systems
Experience in working with databases
Familiarity with EO/IR systems
Proven ability to conduct AB Testing
Agile Scrum methodology expertise
Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
Strong design skills
Ability to create and interpret diagrams
Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle EBS Financials, and Oracle EBS Modules
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
