Ensure proper wiring and connections for seamless operation.

Coordinate with event organizers and presenters to understand their AV requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct equipment checks before events to ensure everything is in working order.
Operate AV equipment during events, adjusting settings for optimal sound and image quality.
Monitor audio levels, video playback, and lighting to ensure smooth performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, such as sound distortion, video signal loss, or equipment malfunctions.
Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to keep it in good condition.
Diagnose and repair faults or defects in audio and visual systems, including replacing faulty components or cables.
Keep an inventory of equipment and spare parts, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, or complaints related to AV services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor AV solutions accordingly.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for electrical, audio, and visual installations.
Support digital signage.
