Job Description:

  • The Compute Resource/OEM Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving and managing complex technology and research partnerships across OEM and compute resource domains.
  • This role is execution-focused, emphasizing deal structuring, contracting, and technical collaboration not sales or strategic business development.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology partnerships and OEM engagement, with proven experience translating complex technical requirements into actionable business agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle deal execution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier, research, and technology collaboration agreements.
  • Partner closely with OEM partners, compute resource vendors, and internal engineering stakeholders to translate technical needs into clear business and contractual terms.
  • Drive partnership operations and maintain comprehensive documentation for all agreements.
  • Ensure alignment of all deals with legal, compliance, procurement, and research governance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement to accelerate deal velocity and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with external partners, research institutions, and hardware providers.
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent deals in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Experience (Required):

  • 5 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, contracting, or OEM/business development within the technology, AI, or hardware sectors.
  • Proven track record in executing complex, technical partnership or supplier agreements (non-sales role).
  • Deep understanding of technology solution contracting, intellectual property, and research collaborations.
  • Ability to effectively translate technical concepts into business and legal frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a high volume of deals..

Experience (Desired):

  • Experience within major technology firms.
  • Background in AI infrastructure, compute resource management, or hardware/computing technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with OEMs, middleware providers, or technology platform developers.
  • Exposure to academic or industrial research partnerships.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Law, or related field.
