Job Details

Position: IVR Chatbot Developer (Genesys)

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 2-year contract

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.

- API functions, analyzing, scripting work to do API calls

- Python and/or Node.js

- Functional and hands-on experience on the development of Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.

- Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components.

- Deliver credentials for Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and a dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
