Job Description -

Title: SAP S/4 HANA Technical Consultant

Must Have -

This project is a greenfield project coming from a non-sap environment to SAP S4 private cloud for manufacturing (engineering and auto).

This resource will be part of a team, must have good communication skills and be willing to take direction from Client.

2. 5+ years of SAP technical experience, including 3+ years working specifically with SAP S/4HANA.

• Deep knowledge of ABAP development, OData services, Fiori apps, and SAP integration frameworks (PI/PO, CPI).

Location: Tulsa and Memphis will be traveling to both sites-Travel is Mon-Thurs

Duration: 5 months

Start Date: May 27th

Key Responsibilities

• Technical delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Define system architecture, technical standards, and integration strategies.
• Oversee development activities, including custom objects, enhancements, interfaces, and reports (RICEFW).
• Collaborate with functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Guide data migration efforts and ensure effective use of SAP tools (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Services).
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, performance optimization, and security protocols.
• Manage onshore and offshore development teams, providing technical oversight and mentorship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SAP landscape components.
• Support change management, QA testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with Basis and Infrastructure teams on environment setup and performance tuning.
• Travel to sites will be fluid in the beginning, might be in Memphis 2 weeks then next 2 weeks in Tulsa, also could be in Memphis or Tulsa for 3 weeks straight then one week at other location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP technical experience, including 3+ years working specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of ABAP development, OData services, Fiori apps, and SAP integration frameworks (PI/PO, CPI).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a plus.
