Salary: $55,000-65,000 DOE

Overview

The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B2C industry events, including major tradeshows and other key events to drive brand presence, lead generation, and customer engagement. Experience with Salesforce would be a majoy plus! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of tradeshows and events (including large-scale industry expos and local events)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and leadership to define event goals, messaging, and metrics

  • Own end-to-end event logistics, including booth planning, asset creation, sample management, merchandising, pre & post-event marketing, budget tracking, and leads (ROIs)

  • Drive lead capture at events & track metrics

  • Serve as the main point of contact with event organizers, vendors, and internal managers

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting

  • Ensure booth designs, displays, and promotional materials align with brand and strategic priorities

  • Maintain project workflows via Salesforce

  • Identify opportunities to improve event experiences and processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B event planning, tradeshow management, or corporate marketing coordination

  • Salesforce experience 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for tradeshows and local events
