Job Details

The IAM Technical Analyst acts as a partner who works closely with teams across the organization to understand information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights to internal stakeholders pertaining to the Identity and Access Management software. A Technical Analyst communicates technical specifications to line of business management while communicating with technical teams the MRBA project needs. A Technical Analyst s job essentially is to be a communicator and facilitator of technology between those whose jobs are technical, and those who do not understand technical language or do not have a higher level of technical abilities.

The IAM Technical Analyst should have a high level of knowledge and understanding on how the Oracle Identity and Access Management system works. This includes knowing different integration models and connectors. They should also know how provisioning and certifications work as well. The IAM Technical Analyst should also be knowledgeable and experienced with Agile under SAFe and the Scrum ceremonies.

Typical job duties for the IAM Technical Analysis is as follows but not limited to:

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with application support teams to review the OIM Integration File Specification and get a commit date for Production ready files.
  • Ensure the Data Transmission questionnaire is complete.
  • Coordinate with IAM Security Analysis on the approach for onboarding an application to OIM.
  • Coach other Triage Team members on Agile and Scrum.
  • Create ConnectDirect/ESP jobs for Windows and Unix based applications.
  • Submit requests and coordinate with the Data Transmission for Mainframe and Vendor hosted applications.
  • Identify necessary ETL processes and coordinate with IAM SQL Developers.
