Content Designer

Desired Locations: New York, NY / Palo Alto, CA

• Job criteria:
  • At least three years of experience in UX writing and content design. Experience with digital payments and enterprise software preferred.
  • Solid grasp of UX and content design principles
  • Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently (as you may likely be the only content designer on your topic) while collaborating with the broader content design team.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and nimbleness in balancing concurrent tasks
• Job responsibilities:
  • Craft clear, accessible content that helps users complete their banking tasks efficiently and with confidence.
  • Deliver content on time and in alignment with team guidelines.
  • Work with designers, product owners, developers, and researchers to understand user problems and craft solutions.
  • Be a collaborative member of the content design team requesting and offering feedback, helping to shape content guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product, and attending all team standups.
  • Attending all meetings for your product area, as well as content all-hands and other team meetings
