.NET Developer (Mid-Level)

Genesis10 is seeking a .NET Developer (Mid-Level) for our client in the Retail Services Industry. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located in the Plano, TX, 75024

W2 Status:
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Overview
We are looking for a mid-level C# .Net developer. Our client is building a new application but needs to keep the old application going in the meantime. In this position you would be part of a team responsible for both new development and maintenance of the legacy application.

• Legacy development - back-office systems
  • C#/.Net
  • VB.Net (old version 1.1 and 3.5) (desired but not required)
• Legacy development / mobile developer(s) - Handhelds
  • Android
    • Java
      • Legacy app on Zebra
    • .Net
      • Xamarin code in handheld app
• Basic MS office knowledge
  • Focus on Excel for supplemental usage
• Strong Windows knowledge
• Linux scripting and file knowledge
  • Support for FSC backend inventory processes
  • Also supports APICS/Oracle related activities
  • Additionally, this would support Data processing roles currently being undertaken by 3 rd party
