Senior Program Manager Technical Candidate Assessment (TCA)

Overview:
Immediate and long-term contract opening for a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of the Technical Candidate Assessment (TCA) program supporting global technical recruiting initiatives. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Engineering leadership to align strategy, manage multi-workstream project plans, and deliver measurable outcomes. You ll drive program governance, data reporting, and change management for tools, processes, and enablement materials that improve how technical talent is evaluated across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Lead program planning, milestones, and risk management across multiple TA workstreams
Partner with HRBP and engineering teams to align on goals, metrics, and process improvements
Create dashboards, KPI reports, and executive-ready presentations
Develop communication plans, leader toolkits, and enablement materials
Oversee tooling, documentation, and UAT for TCA systems and processes
Required Skills:
5+ years of program management experience leading TA, HR, or transformation initiatives in SaaS or enterprise tech environments
3+ years supporting global engineering, software, or AI/ML teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing multi-workstream project plans (timelines, dependencies, RAID)
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables/lookups), Power BI/Tableau, and M365 tools
Preferred:
Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and TA enablement tools
Background in data analysis, dashboards, or HR systems implementation
