We are looking for Mechanical Engineering Interns focused on building/facility mechanical systems to join our teams in Tempe, AZ, Portland, OR or Pittsburgh, PA, to help us transform intangible ideas into innovative solutions designing the future - today.

The Jacobs Tempe office continues to grow in the amount and variety of work we do. Historically the bulk of our work has focused on the advanced electronics facilities semiconductor industry.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $66,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here's what you'll need
- In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program
- Must be at least a rising Junior (currently completing Sophomore year)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous relevant internship experience
- This position is considered in-person and requires you to report regularly to a project site, because of this candidates are required to live locally or relocate to the local area (ideally within approximately 50 miles of site)
Ideally, you'll also have:
- 3.0 GPA
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future
