We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect and Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable ServiceNow solutions. This dual role combines deep architectural expertise with technical resource leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives and align solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Architect scalable ServiceNow applications across CSM (Customer Service Management), OM (Operations Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), and custom modules using App Engine, scripting, and integrations.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and propose ServiceNow-native solutions.
Continuously enhance CSM processes and AI/automation implementations based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
Enforce platform-wide governance, security, and compliance standards.
Lead platform upgrades, applying AI-driven automation, including Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence, to streamline workflows.
Use ServiceNow Resource Management tools to forecast needs, assign resources, and track availability.
Manage and mentor technical teams; guide capacity planning and address skill gaps to meet current and future demand.
Coordinate with external vendors and citizen developers; ensure effective governance, knowledge sharing, and upskilling.
Monitor platform performance and health, proactively resolving issues and optimizing efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals; partner with ServiceNow Impact and Support teams for ongoing improvement and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
Deep expertise in CSM, OM, and AI capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Proficiency in designing workflows, portal pages, widgets, business rules, and custom scripts (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS).
Demonstrated leadership in resource planning, cross-functional team management, and capacity optimization.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with SPM, Automation Engine, RPA, and AI-driven automation within ServiceNow.
Experience managing vendor relationships and citizen developer programs.
Track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
Background in cloud integrations (AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Proven success in driving adoption, engagement, and value realization from ServiceNow implementations.
