PeopleSoft Admin/Developer

Project Description:
Provide subject matter expertise on PeopleSoft PUM upgrades and PeopleSoft administration. Responsibilities include applying CAPPS Financials updates, administering PeopleSoft servers, patching, and providing production support for EMAT, TGIF/Expense Reports, and Cash Receipts modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full PeopleSoft 9.2x installs using PUM, Change Assistant, or DPK.
Apply monthly CAPPS Financials updates and critical Linux/Windows security patches.
Troubleshoot technical issues in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle, Tuxedo, and WebLogic.
Develop and test complex PeopleSoft functionalities, resolve bugs, and configure fluid approval workflows.
Provide support for integration with TEAL, eGrants, CNP, FSP, and CEMS systems.
Spin up new environments and apply PUM images and Oracle patches as needed.
Support PeopleSoft upgrades, BI/XML Publisher reports, and administrative task automation.
Train internal resources on PeopleSoft admin tasks and drive process improvements.
Lead bug resolution, environment validation, and support ongoing enhancements.
Maintain system performance, load/stress testing, and escalation procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum:
10+ years with CAPPS PeopleSoft Financials, Integration Broker/Web Services, STAT, PeopleSoft upgrades, and XML/BI Publisher reports.
8+ years in PeopleSoft administration, PUM image installs, and working in Oracle 19c/Linux (RedHat) environments.
Experience configuring application/web servers, process schedulers, and performing technical troubleshooting.
Hands-on with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.51x+.
Preferred:
5+ years in Quest STAT administration for code deployments.
Familiarity with Education Materials, Grants, and Cash Receipts modules.
