The pay range for this position is $64,800.00 - $92,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, insurance, operations, or administration, with Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge and experience strongly desired.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy
