- 1st Shift | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift
- 12-hour shift
- Note: Must be flexible for training on a different shift if required
- Employment Type: Temp to Hire
What You'll Do
As an Engineering Technician, you'll be the hands-on support that keeps our innovation engine running:
- Conduct engineering tests and help troubleshoot hardware and system issues
- Collect and analyze data to improve product reliability and efficiency
- Build and modify mechanical assemblies and components
- Set up, run, and document testing procedures for quality assurance
- Assist engineers with product development and system validation
- Maintain organized and accurate records of test results and improvements

What You Bring to the Table
- A strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
- The ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Previous technician or engineering support experience (entry-level)
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds
